Tatum came to us as a new bank preparing to enter the Nigerian market. While the brand was already established in other regions, Nigeria was a fresh space. The challenge was clear: how do we introduce Tatum in a crowded banking industry and make it stand apart from what people already think and feel about banks?
In Nigeria, banking conversations are often filled with frustration.
Long queues.
Slow networks.
Unnecessary stress.
People do not just want a bank. They want an experience that feels easy, smooth, and enjoyable. I saw an opportunity to flip the narrative. Instead of another bank promising efficiency, Tatum could own a fresh space: banking you can enjoy.
I positioned Tatum around a simple promise: banking you can enjoy.
To bring this to life, I turned common banking complaints into relatable truths:
Banking for people who do not like to queue
Banking for people who do not like to wait
Banking for people who do not like stress
By using everyday frustrations, I highlighted what Tatum removes and what it replaces: ease, comfort, and control.

For the TVC, I avoided the typical banking advert style.
Instead of boardrooms and serious faces, I showed moments of real enjoyment. A person happily eating ice cream. Relaxed. Carefree.
The message was clear:
If banking can feel this good, it is Tatum.

The campaign was developed through:
A TVC built around everyday enjoyment moments
A content series flipping banking pain points into positives
Visual assets positioning Tatum as fresh, easy, and human
