NDL, producers of Seaman’s, came to us with a clear challenge. The market had been flooded with counterfeit Seaman’s products, and many consumers could not easily tell the fake from the original. The brand needed a strong way to protect trust and help people identify the genuine product.
For Seaman’s users, authenticity matters. People rely on the product for its effectiveness, so buying a fake version does more than waste money. It breaks confidence. To solve this, Seaman’s refreshed its packaging and introduced a unique seal. Our task was to make sure consumers recognised the new seal and understood that it was the mark of the original.
We built the campaign around one simple truth:
If it does not carry the True Seal, it is not the real Seaman’s.
This led to the True Seal campaign. A clear call for consumers to watch out for the seal as proof of authenticity.
To give the idea cultural strength, we introduced the theme Adura Agba. A powerful prayer needs the real thing. In the same way, effective results require the original Seaman’s. No dilution. No alteration. No compromise.
The communication focused on three clear messages:
Seaman’s remains strong and effective
Counterfeits weaken results
The True Seal is the proof of authenticity
We showed consumers exactly how to identify the seal and avoid fake products.

The campaign was delivered through:
Video content explaining the True Seal
A structured content calendar showing how to spot the original
Social storytelling built around Adura Agba
Visual assets guiding consumers on authentication

The True Seal campaign helped Seaman’s protect brand credibility, rebuild consumer trust, and educate the market on identifying the genuine product.
